small modern open kitchen design
For this California contemporary loft space, Velvet Hammerschmidt Design Santa Monica returned from a Bulthaup kitchen under a steel staircase leading to second floor. Cooking is done on the back wall while an eleven foot island Carerra marble goes hand in a staging area at one end and a kitchen table from each other. The island separates the kitchen from the rest of the living space and huge ceilings, light colored and reflective steel walls provide ventilation.

Shelly Riehl David Bathroom Design
This is modern and comfortable Asian Bathroom Design, You can chose one of picture design in these picture. In picture above, A large soaking tub in a Zen-inspired bath was created using earth tone tiling and multi-hued glass tile, clean lines and unique accents. A custom cherry stained cabinet hides the oversized tub equipment and artisan created metal art adds a bit of color and texture to the room.
